How do I care for my items?
Linens:
For best results hand wash or cold wash only. Wash with like colors. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
Dishes:
For best results please hand wash. Do not microwave unless otherwise stated on dish.
How does shipping work?
All of our shipping costs are set by shipping carriers via Shopify. Most domestic orders will be processed within 3-6 business days. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your order during sale or launch periods. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
All Embroidered items are made to order. Please allow up to 7-14 days of processing time.
Does Bessette ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally/ outside of the US. However, please email bybessette@gmail.com if you would like to request an international shipment. This will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items. All purchases are final.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Bessette is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Bessette is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days with your order number & a photo of the item. Please allow 2-3 business days for your inquiry to be reviewed by one of our customer service representatives. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
Can I return or exchange my embroidery purchase?
All embroidery items are custom-made to order, which means each piece is created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
Please double-check all order details (including spelling, sizing, colors, and design) before placing your order. If there is an error on our part, we will gladly work with you to make it right.
Can I get a proof or sample of my custom embroidery design?
Proofs (digital mock-up): Proofs are only provided if requested within one hour of placing your order. Please send an email to bybessette@gmail.com with your name, order number, and "proof request" in the subject line, to request an embroidery proof. If we don’t hear back within 48 hours we will proceed with your original selections to keep your order on schedule. Please note that edits to proofs are made at our discretion.
Samples (physical sample with embroidery customization): At this time, we cannot provide samples unless you are placing a bulk order and you specifically request samples via email. Upon order of sample, you will be invoiced for the item and shipping costs. Approval on the samples must be confirmed within 2 business days of receiving the samples.

What if I'm unhappy with my custom embroidery purchase?
We want you to love your embroidery purchase, If you are unhappy with how your embroidery turned out please send us an email within 7 days of delivery at bybessette@gmail.com with your concern. While custom embroidery purchases are not eligible for returns or refunds, we will try our best to find a solution.
What if I need to make a change to my address?
Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please email us at bybessette@gmail.com as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.
